Cheadle Carnival Weekend

Starts Friday 5th July 2019 (evening) – PARADE 6th July, 12pm

This years carnival on Friday the 5th of July, gates will open at 6pm. First we have a very talented local band “Round in Circles” from 7pm. Next up are the absolutely amazing
“Guns or Roses” these guys are the closest to the real thing you can get. Entry fee is only £3 per person all under 16’s are free (must be accompanied by an adult)
Saturday 6th of July, the parade will start at 12 noon and take approximately 1 hour to cover the route. Gates will also open at 12 noon on the carnival ground. This years attractions are ….

Checkley Parish Council – Monthly Meeting

Monthly Police Drop in Session

Saturday 13th July 2019, 1 – 2pm – Great Wood Hall

Your opportunity to drop in and see your local PCSO’s and speak to them regarding any policing issues you may have within the Parish.


Oakamoor Festival Live Music Event

Saturday 13th July 2019, 2pm – Cricketers Arms (Oakamoor)

Live music at the Cricketers Arms Beer Garden (weather permitting) as part of the Oakamoor Festival 2019.
